Wendy Cran-Carty, MD
Dr. Cran-Carty is the president, founder, and chief executive officer of Carroll County Anesthesia, PC. She also serves as a staff anesthesiologist for Henry County Medical Center in Paris, Tennessee and as an interventional pain practitioner for both Henry County Medical Center and Baptist Memorial Hospital in Huntingdon.
Dr. Cran-Carty is a medical graduate of Bowman Gray School of Medicine at Wake Forest University. She is a graduate of the Anesthesiology residency program at SUNY Buffalo. Dr. Cran-Carty has been in practice for over 12 years. She has chosen to make Tennessee her home with her husband Dr. Calphor Carty, General Surgeon and their two children.
A. Courtney Crosby, MSPAS, PA-C
A. Courtney Crosby is a native of Lexington, KY. She graduated from the University of Kentucky with a Bachelor’s degree in Human Nutrition in 2006 and a Master’s degree in Physician Assistant Studies in 2009. She completed academic clerkships in Otolaryngology, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Women’s Health, Pediatrics, Geriatrics, General Surgery and Psychiatry. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants and the Kentucky Academy of Physician Assistants. Mrs. Crosby has worked in Pain Management since 2010. She strives to increase the quality of life for her patients by managing their chronic pain.
Amy Jackson-Smith, PA-C
Amy Jackson-Smith, PA-C is a native of Booneville, MS. She graduated from the University of Mississippi Medical Center with a Bachelor's degree in Health Information Management in 2000. In 2007, she graduated with a Master's degree in Physician Assistant Studies from Bethel University. Mrs. Smith worked in gastroenterology in Memphis, TN until 2010. She is a member of the American Academy of Physician Assistants. She is now looking forward to helping patients monitor their chronic pain status.
